Refunds & changes
Every order page shows its own change and refund cutoff. These are the general rules.
Before a buy closes
Change quantities or cancel for a full refund from your order page.
After a buy closes
Quantities lock because the vendor order is placed. Cancellations are not guaranteed at this point.
Before shipping
If a batch is delayed beyond the stated window you may request a refund from the order page.
After shipping
Lost or damaged parcels are covered by the reship terms of that offer, or by shipping insurance if purchased.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned in the coin you paid with, to a wallet address you confirm in the support thread.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
